Just What Is the Fire Safety Class?
Statistics show that most home fires are preventable. It is tragic to hear of a home fire that destroyed property or worse. To know that it was preventable just adds insult to injury. You can never be over educated in this area.
The fire safety class is a lecture session approximately 90 minutes long that covers a variety of topics on fire safety and prevention. There are several myths surrounding fire, smoke, extinguishers, etc. and it is our goal to help squash those. There are also dangers lurking in your home that you may not even know are present.
We are currently offering two classes - Friday, October 28, 2011 at 6 pm and Saturday November 19, 2011 at 4 pm. Please register early as seating is limited. We are also taking our class on the road, upon request. If you are interested in attending a class at a time other than the two currently offered, please let us know by completing our Class Interest Form. If you would like our class to come to your school, organization or church, please complete our On-Site Class Request Form.
