Additional Class Information
Class Schedule
The current schedule includes two class sessions. One on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 6 pm and one Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 4 pm. You may register here for currently scheduled classes or make class suggestions. You may also make an on-site request for us to bring our class session to your business or organization.
Class Particulars
Your class leader will be our very own President, Jason Moore. He is an instructor who teaches classes to members of the firefighting industry all over the state and is a current Captain with the James Island Fire Department.
Each class session will run approximately 90 minutes and will include all topics on the class overview page. In addition, we have time allotted for an open question and answer session. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have - whether the item on your mind was part of our covered topics or not. This is your opportunity to have one on one time with a dynamic leader who encourages and welcomes your participation.
Although it is not required, you may want to consider bringing a notepad and pen for taking notes. We will have handouts for you as well.
Refreshments will be served before class. The dress code is casual - shirts and shoes are required. We recommend that you dress in layers or bring a light sweater as the training room can sometimes be chilly.
We will ask that you complete a session evaluation form to provide us with feedback on how we are doing. We are always open to suggestions for improvement and would appreciate your comments.
